Session 6
These sessions are not part of the core 12 sessions of The Abundance Code. Instead, they have been intentionally created to support you in between the main sessions, particularly when you feel the need for extra guidance, grounding, or integration.
As we moved through the course ourselves and began to uncover deeper layers of past events and experiences, we found that additional support was often necessary to help process and embody the major shifts taking place. These sessions were born from that insight and are thoughtfully designed to gently support you as you integrate whatever is being uncovered. Use them when and as needed, and trust your intuition to guide you toward what is right for you in the moment.
Important Note:
These sessions are very powerful and work deeply within the body and energy system. For this reason, please do not do more than one session per day and avoid using it on the same day as a core session. Give yourself space and time to fully absorb, reflect, and allow the process to unfold.
Emotional and Mental integrations:
As we created and experienced this course, one thing became very clear: we were like emotional pendulums throughout the entire journey. And whatever arose for us—whether it was fear, shame, guilt, doubt, anger, or questions about our worthiness—was likely a reflection of what others would also encounter while moving through the course.
Although these emotions are already explored within the main sessions, we found that additional support for grounding and space to process these intense emotions were essential to help us navigate the more challenging moments with greater ease.
Use these toolbox sessions whenever you need a little more help to settle, understand, or move through what’s coming up. They’re here to help you feel more grounded, supported, and steady as you go.
Vital Body Rebalance Sessions:
We were really excited to notice that as our emotional energy shifted during this work, our bodies also began to respond and transform. As our core vibration lifted, our physical systems naturally started to adjust. However, because these higher frequencies were unfamiliar, we occasionally experienced physical symptoms that felt strange or uncomfortable.
To support this part of the journey, we created these additional Toolbox Energy Healing sessions specifically to help the body adapt and align with the new energetic space we were stepping into
You can use these sessions anytime you feel your body needs extra support or healing during the course.
Uplifting Vibrational Energy Frequencies:
We often became so immersed in the emotional work that we momentarily lost sight of the bigger picture—why we started and what we were truly creating.
To help with this, we created a set of uplifting sessions designed to bring you back to joy, excitement, and clarity. These high energy frequency tracks are here to remind you of your power, your vision, and the joy that’s available, even in the middle of deep transformation.
Use them anytime you need an energetic lift, a reset, or a reminder of the energy you're choosing to live in.
Think of them as your “pick-me-up” moments throughout the journey.
Let them help you realign with your purpose, and feel good while doing it.

Chakra Activation Sessions
Guided Chakra Meditation
We have created a powerful 20-minute guided meditation seamlessly infused with our Vibrational Healing and Energy Flow sessions to open and activate your chakras and ground your energy. This experience will align you with the new Earth Energies, bringing balance, clarity, and deep connection.
Meditation without Auditory Guidance
This session uses the same powerful healing energies as the guided meditation, but offers an alternative for those who prefer to experience it with music only, without spoken guidance. It serves as a supportive resource between your sessions to deepen your experience and connection with the energy and integration processes you're working through.
This meditation provides a safe and effective way to restore your natural balance and may be done daily between your sessions.
Emotional and Mental Integrations Sessions
The Fear Integration Session is designed to help you gently face and release fear held in the body and mind, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and calm.
Use this session whenever fear feels overwhelming or you notice it holding you back from taking aligned action.
The Guilt Integration Session helps you release lingering feelings of guilt and create space for self-forgiveness and emotional clarity.
Use this session when you feel weighed down by past actions, regrets, or a sense of having let yourself or others down.
The Doubt Integration Session supports you in releasing self-doubt and reconnecting with your inner knowing and trust.
Use this session when you feel uncertain, second-guessing yourself, or disconnected from your intuition and confidence.
The Unworthiness Integration Session is designed to help you reconnect with your inherent value and embrace the truth that you are enough, just as you are.
Use this session when feelings of not being good enough or questioning if you deserve love, success, or abundance begin to surface
The Shame Integration Session is designed to help you gently release stored feelings of shame and return to a more compassionate and accepting relationship with yourself. Use this session when you notice self-judgment, embarrassment, or the urge to stop parts of yourself coming to the surface.
The Anger Integration Session helps you safely acknowledge, process, and release anger that may be stuck or suppressed in the body and mind.
Use this session when you feel reactive, frustrated, or when unexpressed anger is affecting your clarity, energy, or relationships.
Body and Mind Recovery Sessions
The Body Recuperation Session is designed to help your body rest, reset, and integrate the shifts that occur during deep inner work.
Use this session when you feel physically or emotionally fatigued and need gentle support to restore balance and calm
This Body Recovery Session uses pranic energy to help restore balance, release physical tension, and support healing in the body.
Use this session whenever you experience physical discomfort, fatigue, or need assistance in restoring vitality and easing any bodily tension or discomfort during the course.

The Joy and Excitement Session is designed to help raise your vibration by reconnecting you with the natural energy of joy, excitement, and inspiration.
Use this session whenever you feel disconnected or heavy, shifting into these higher emotional states can open new possibilities, realign your energy, and move you forward with greater ease and clarity.
The Happiness Energy Session is created to help you fully enjoy the course and embrace the journey you're on with a sense of joy and ease.
Use this session whenever you need a reminder that personal growth doesn’t have to feel heavy - that it can be meaningful, fulfilling, and even fun along the way.
The Freedom Energy Session is designed to raise your vibration by guiding you back into the feeling of freedom - light, open, and limitless.
Use this session when you feel stuck, restricted, or weighed down, as reconnecting with the energy of freedom can create a powerful shift in perspective, momentum, and inner expansion.
