QHHT is where you change your point of view and can heal yourself emotionally and physically. The +/- 4-hour session involves a relaxed conversation, hypnosis exploration, and connecting with your Higher Self/Source Self and Subconscious. Setting Yourself Up for Success:
For the digital version (30-40 minutes), ensure a space with good internet access. For the traditional option (55 minutes), no internet is required. Find an undisturbed space for both.
Whether digital or traditional, make yourself comfortable by lying down or sitting in your favorite chair. Keep a blanket for warmth and any other comforts (🐕pets allowed) you may need.
Have drinking water ready for during and after the session. Drinking plenty afterward aids detox and release.
Maintain a natural state, avoiding recreational drugs or alcohol.
What to Expect During a Session:
Open your mind, body, and soul to the possibility of healing.
You may experience energetic sensations like tingling, pressure, temperature changes, or enter a dream state. Embrace whatever arises; just relax and go with it.
Active Participation During and After a Session:
Acknowledge any past events or emotions that surface during or after the session. Let them pass without getting lost in them.
If struggling to let go, take a deep breath and ask your Higher Self/Soul for assistance in integrating old emotions or thought patterns.
Choose awareness and gratitude for changes within or around you, especially shifts in your behavior and perspective. 😊

No, it is not a meditation, it is a Vibrational Energy healing session, it is crucial to embrace your own experience.
You may feel tingling all over your body, heat running up and down certain parts of your body as we focus on specific areas, see a kaleidoscope of colors when you close your eyes, or enter a dream state. If you do, please don't pull back; just go wherever the session takes you.
Alternatively, you may feel nothing during the session. Please note that you are experiencing the session exactly as you should, and it is working perfectly.
